This vehicle is suitable for the transfer transportation of various large-scale construction machinery for roads, municipal projects, and buildings, including road machinery, pavers, grader machines, rollers, and engineering crawler equipment. It features flexibility and convenience, the ability to ascend and descend independently (each crawler-type construction equipment can ascend and descend on its own without the need for any other lifting equipment or auxiliary tools), and smooth lifting (the platform uses an internal clearance self-adjusting hydraulic force-enhancing device, allowing for independent lifting).

Specification

The material used is a 5mm thick patterned plate. The four sides of the plate are made of 12-inch channel steel. The tail ladder is 2.2 meters long and 60 centimeters wide. The upper support beam is made of 10*10-sized 5mm or 6mm thick square steel. The cargo box flat plate is made of 5mm or 8mm thick patterned plate. The ladder is designed with double springs and has simple support legs. The length of the cargo box flat plate is 6.2 meters. A hydraulic folding ladder can be selected. The cargo box can also be designed with a railing. It is the most ideal trailer for transporting small excavators, small construction machinery, etc. The bottom plate is either 8MM patterned plate or 10MM flat plate. The bottom plate crossbeam is densified and made of 120MM*120MM*8MM standard square steel, with 140 channel steel added at intervals of 250mm. The tail ladder is approximately 2.3 meters long and is a double ladder with a width of 600MM. The ladder is made of 140MM*70MM manganese steel standard profile and is sturdy and durable. The ladder has double springs that automatically spring back, which is simple and convenient. There are two support legs at the rear of the vehicle, which are folding type. When the excavator is placed on it, the support legs are lowered, and there are four points of support, so the front of the vehicle will not tilt. On the ladder and the working platform, there are 16 spiral steel bars for sliding. The frame is equipped with a rope tightening device and hooks for easy fastening of goods.
